A 90-minute review of intake forms, assessment of the need for FE and LNT evaluations (for in-person clients only), lab testing, and individualized planning with resources and next steps. We work together to build an individualized program that fits your life, your budget, and your goals. This program will include supplemental support informed by lab testing and other evaluations, one-on-one coaching and support, guidance as you build a nourishing diet that feeds and balances your body, habit support around food, exercise, and overall well-being, and education to empower you to take control of your health and your life!

A 60-minute check-in based entirely on your personal health journey and your needs. We will have several evaluations throughout the time we work together all supporting your individualized program.
